On the game box front side I have a logo in the uper left corner and on the logo you can read this: LIMITED EDITION INCLUDES This is where I pre.orderd my "Limited Edition" and not a word about the mission "Raid on St.Nazaire". If so, I guess this special missions is maybe normal game stuff in the pc version and maybe bonus for consoles. So like when you enter the game, want to start, you can choose between main game and this mission played seperately *:) ? I guess your limited edition also didn't state is as special bonus, but its in the game eventhough ?
but it doesn't state this mission as bonus. Hm thats interesting, because this "limited edition" with 4 MP characters + weapons is sold in the here well known game shops, also available as an uncut (with symbols) EU version (benelux, means france, belgium, luxembourg).
